\u201cThen the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed<\/em>.\u201d Luke 8:47 (NIV)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bible Passage: Luke 8:43-48<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Bible; ultimately, the woman responding to Jesus repeated \u201cwho touched me?\u201d was<\/strong> not necessarily out of obedience but because of \u201cseeing that she could not go unnoticed.\u201d Not sure of what transpired that made her become hard to not notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Unnoticed\u2019 is the key word here, hence the invisible woman label. You see, the past 12 years of her life has taught her to do everything unnoticed because according to the Mosaic laws, owing to her medical condition, she was always deemed unclean. Therefore she would defile anything or anyone she touches. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her condition has conditioned her to being invisible and probably inconsequential. She is used to not being seen nor heard, maybe that is why she could join the crowd without everybody else pointing fingers at her and screaming \u2018unclean\u2019. She had perfected the act of invisibility so much so that she even got her miraculous healing that way!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in her response to Jesus calling, the Bible underscored the context of the crowd, \u201c\u2026 fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people<\/em>.\u201d Maybe this is the first time in the past 12 years of her life that she had been in the context of a crowd, she had been in the spotlight? Maybe?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

She had stayed so long in that condition that she had inadvertently forgotten why she became invisible in the first place! When the blood stopped, her social stigma as an outcast also stopped but she did not figure that out yet. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her thinking and status needed healing as well, thus, Jesus reintroduced her to the world she has remained invisible to! Although she has been healed of her medical condition, she needed to be healed of another condition that her medical condition foisted on her and that is invisibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Lord made sure she did not go back to lifestyle of invisibility anymore, the Lord outed her one might say! I believe that was when the complete and total healing took place! Thank God from that day on she was no longer invisible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friend, God can heal your wounds and also heal you of what the condition brought to your life. He is a God of holistic and total healing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ask that the Holy Spirit that Jesus was anointed with would touch you as you are reading this and heal your condition and also repair any kind of loss or shame that has come into your life because of that condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them<\/em>.\u201d Isaiah 61:7 KJV<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
