Law of Spiritual Accuracy.

Focus Scripture: “Down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22:2

“And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.” So, should a nation need healing, no matter how much they gorge on the delectable fruits, chew on the bark, boil and the drink of the roots; the desired healing will never materialize. Why? For the reason being that as mysterious as the tree of life is, it is not every part that does everything, healing is in the purview of the leaves! Underscored here is the fact that there is a certain accuracy required for effective kingdom operations. Jesus said “this, then, is how you should pray…‘’ (Matthew 6:9 NIV). Accordingly, even prayer has a ‘how’ to it.

On Mount Carmel, after Elijah rebuilt the altar, he waited till the time of sacrifice before he started praying for fire. When the axe head fell, Elisha didn’t throw the stick into just any part of the river. Jesus told Mary and Martha to take him to Lazarus’ grave before invoking him back from the dead. Every time Jesus fed the multitude until the crowd was seated he would not collect the bread and fish that were to be multiplied.

“When Priscilla and Aquila heard him preaching boldly in the synagogue, they took him aside and explained the way of God even more accurately.” (Acts 18:26 NLT). There is a certain accuracy to the way of God. that every believer needs.

What benefit of the kingdom do you want to see realized in your life, do you know the how? In this new year may you receive accuracy in engaging the systems of the kingdom with results. Remember “the labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not HOW to go to the city.” (Ecclesiastes 10:15 KJV).
