“When two full years had passed, Pharaoh had a dream...”(Gen. 41:1 NIV). Perhaps, the dreams that proved more strategic in unfolding the fulfillment of Joseph’s dreams were not even had by Joseph, but by Pharaoh! It was Pharaoh’s dreams that kickstarted the actualization of Joseph’s dreams! Even before Pharaoh’s, the butler’s and the baker’s dreams also helped facilitate fulfillment.
There are times that we might have had all the dreams. Had all the visions. Got all the scriptures and the prophetic words. Prayed all the prayers. Fast all the fast. Yet, nothing seems to be changing. We are left asking ‘how long Lord, what am I missing?’ God’s answer may just be, ‘nothing else; wait, pharaoh will soon have a dream and that will be your cue, your long awaited moment.’
