“Solomon’s horses were imported from Egypt and from Kue—the royal merchants purchased them from Kue at the current price.”
2 Chron. 1:16 NIV
We pray for peace and cessation to the US/Israel versus Iran war. However, there is no denying the impact of the war on the prices of things across the globe especially on gasoline. Even before this, in the most parts, inflation had been on the rise. So this is perhaps one of the better times to get things at percentages off the sticker prices!
Child of the Most High, do not fear, “look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” (Matt. 6:26 NIV). Even if you don’t see the ‘reduced’ stickers, you will see him, he will show up for you, just like he did for Solomon. Making you, as Solomon did for his horses, able to pay the ‘current prices’ no matter what they are – Solomon didn’t even negotiate volume discount! So include 2 Chronicles 1:16 with your grocery coupons, it works with every merchant!
